Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 January 2027

Zera charges a ₹0 processing fee and no pre-closure charges, so most customers will never need a refund. This policy explains how we return any money that is due to you.

Excess or duplicate payments

If you pay more than the amount due, or the same payment is made twice, we will refund the extra amount to the original bank account or UPI ID within [7] working days of confirming it. On your request, we can adjust it against your next dues instead.

Amounts at loan closure

When you close your loan, any amount you have paid beyond the final dues is returned to you at closure, along with your gold.

Surplus after sale of pledged gold

If your gold has to be sold to recover overdue amounts, the sale happens after notice as set out in your loan agreement. Any money left after dues and costs are settled is returned to you or your legal heirs.

Fixed Debenture

The Fixed Debenture is managed by Zera Global Ventures. The fixed return you receive is a share of the profit of its business, paid at the fixed rate in your agreement. Premature withdrawal and payouts are governed by the terms of your Fixed Debenture. Returns already paid are not reversed except as those terms allow.

Failed transactions

If money leaves your account but does not reach us, your bank or payment provider usually reverses it within their own timelines. Contact us with the transaction reference and we will help you follow it up.
